"This place is a perfect spot to explore the Southlake Tahoe area with ease. The beach is just a short five minute walk and the pool area is super chill. I slept peacefully in a super comfy bed with nice bedding. Staff were knowledgeable and provided local recommendations for hikes and more. Def coming back! "

"Staff and customer service were great. Super cute property. The downside was that the air conditioners were not working. We changed rooms 3 times and then the fridge was not working. I guess they are wine chillers not fridges which was disappointing since I brought a ton of perishable snacks. The hotel was accommodating and they upgraded us to the cottage with a fridge. Only downside was that the air did not work in that one either. We were so tired of moving rooms at that point that we just went a bought a fan and that worked well for us. The restaurant had good food and the atmosphere with the fire pits was really nice. I would also add the bikes are not available til after memorial day. Overall cute place but would be better if their air conditioners worked. While in the lobby I heard other customers complaining about the air as well so it seems to be an on going issue."

"Alpine Inn was great for our stay in Tahoe. It’s not fancy no thrills or anything extravagant but for the price it seems reasonable. It’s very close to everything to easy to walk wherever you need. Not a bad place to stay at all. Bed was comfy."

"The staff here, in my experience, were very cold and inhospitable. I never requested stayover service, but when I repeatedly asked the front desk for clean sheets, I was ghosted day after day. Eventually, I found a housekeeper myself and ended up vacuuming and cleaning my own room because the front desk staff genuinely treated guests like an inconvenience. It wasn’t just me either — I watched one employee interact with nearly everyone that way. Parking at 3 Peaks is also a nightmare. There simply are not enough spaces for all the rooms, so if you return later in the evening, you are forced to park on the street. There was also significant damage inside the room. It appeared someone had literally kicked the door in at some point and it had simply been plastered back together. There were dog scratches all over the bathroom door, and we constantly dealt with ants. When I called about the ants, I was told, “Well, it is warming up and they are coming out. We can send maintenance to try to locate where they are coming in.” Nobody ever came. The beds at this property are reportedly over 10 years old and are in serious need of replacement. My travel partner kept waking up throughout the night and I woke up sore everyday. I eventually bought an air mattress as I was told the beds were all the same. To be fair, there were positives. The hot tub was very nice, the remodeled rooms do look visually appealing, and the property is conveniently located near Stateline. "

"You can tell that the rooms are older, peeling paint in the base boards and occasional patches of repair on the walls. The inn is due for an update. Breakfast was waffles, sausages, eggs, potatoes song with breads, bagels, yogurt, cereals. "

"Beautiful place, amazing views and truly wonderful people that work here. Very friendly and helpful. James showed us to our room and gave us an overview of the resort. Joel really helped us out one morning when we had vehicle problems. He came to the rescue with jumper cables and we made it to our excursion on time. Loved the beachfront view! Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The shower was huge and I loved the steamer. Even the bathroom floor and toilet seat was heated! Can’t wait to come back to this place!"
